SIS Integrated System
In the case of an SIS (Student Information System) integrated system, transportation staff might not be able to see any students in the system due to a few reasons:

- Manual Data Entry Errors: Since data is not automatically synchronized from an SIS, errors might occur during manual data entry into the transportation system.
- Outdated Information: The information might not be updated frequently enough, leading to discrepancies in the system. For instance, if new students join or existing students leave, this information might not be updated promptly in the transportation system.
- Access and Permissions: Similar to the SIS integrated system, transportation staff might lack the necessary permissions to view the student data.
- System Outages or Errors: Technical issues with the transportation system could also prevent staff from viewing student data.
In both cases, it's crucial to troubleshoot these issues with IT support or the software provider. They can help identify the issue and suggest appropriate solutions, whether it's resolving technical issues, adjusting permissions, or correcting data inaccuracies.
